We always like to see local markets – they are full of color and colorful characters.

One of the local traders showed us some of this wares including jaggery (unrefined sugar) and what he mischievously told us were dinosaur eggs, but were in reality husked and shelled coconuts.

The bazaar is a crowded place full of all kinds of stalls.  It is set up in a large cross like pattern with some decorative buildings and gates at strategic points.
